REFUND POLICY

We accept refund requests within the first 30 calendar days following the purchase date. To be eligible, the product must remain in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The steps to request a refund are:

1. Send your proof of purchase and the reason for the return to help@tryclouq.com
2. Our team will validate the request within 3-5 business days.
3. Once approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7-10 business days, depending on the original payment method.

Exceptions: This does not apply to digital products, customized services, or items purchased under specific promotional discounts.
